The CAT 2008 for admission to the PG Courses offered by the AIFD Bangalore, will be held on Monday 07 Jul 2008 from 9:30 am to 5pm at AIFD, Bangalore. The candidates have to report at AIFD, Bangalore at 9am.

Dispatch of admit cards to students : 20 May 2008 onwards

you should know that,once you submit your Application Form, the admissions committee will conduct a preliminary screening based upon your CET,MAT, GPA, GMAT or other scores what they accept. If you fulfiled academic cutoff marks, you should be invited for a personal interview to further probe your suitability for business school. The personal interview is a critical step in the admissions process and should not be taken lightly.
Their motivation is threefold:

a) to assess the overall “marketability” of each candidate
b) to aggressively recruit the truly outstanding candidates away from competitive schools
c) to market and promote their own programs

Subject combination for each paper, type of questions and total marks in each paper are given:

Intelligence, logical and reasoning and English language and comprehension = 50 question, 150 marks

Negative marking -1/4th

Selected candidates will be called for an interview at Pune in June .No TA/ DA is given for either the written test, interview or at the time of reporting for admission.
