Generally, properties are of two kinds i.e. tangible and non tangible. The properties which can be touched come in the category of tangible assets such as house, car, cash, confidential documents etc whereas the property which cannot be touched is non tangible property like intellectual property. You must be thinking that non tangible property hardly matters to the people, but the situation is just opposite. Intellectual property is more valuable than tangible property or asset. One thing that needs to be noted is that the intellectual or hidden properties are supportive to build the economy of the world.
