CCTET 2008 for admission to Five Year Integrated Dual Degree BTech. - M.Tech in the four streams of Converging Technologies.

Eligibility : For admission to First Semester of 5-year (10 Semester) Integrated Dual Degree B.Tech.-M.Tech. in the Four Streams of Converging Technologies, A student who has passed the Senior Secondary (XII) Examination of CBSE or any other Examination recognized as equivalent there to or higher with science subjects with 60% marks for General/OBC and pass for SC/ST category shall be eligible to appear at the CCTET Entrance Test to be conducted by the Center for Converging Technologies every year for admission to First Semester M. Tech. in Converging Technologies Examination.

Students who are appearing for XII examination in the year will also be eligible to appear in CCTETET that year.

Last Date for submitting the application form : June 28, 2008
Entrance Test Date : July 06, 2008 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 PM
Entrance Test Center : Jaipur

CCTET 2008 Scheme of Examination:
CCTETET-2008 will be of total 3 hrs duration . The test will comprise of Multiple Choice Questions with choice of four answers,only one being correct answer.Each correct answer fetches three marks and one mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Multiple answers will be treated as wrong and one mark will be deducted. The test paper will comprise of Four Section each containing 50 questions. The syllabi of sections (A) Physics, (B) Chemistry, (C) Mathematics and (D) Biology are available on website. The candidate will be required to attempt sections (A) and (B) and either (C) Mathematics or (D) Biology.
