The Agrawal Shiksha Mandal, a philanthropic organization of Mathura, founded the B.S.A. College of Engineering & Technology in 1997, when it was realized that Mathura urgently needed an Engineering College to cater to the technological needs of the region. The College is recognized by the AICTE. Affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, certified by the ISO 9001:2000, the college is also an Institutional Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi.

Eligibility:
10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science with min 50% marks. Minimum percentage criteria for UPSEE EXAMS are 45% and for management quota is 60 %.

Admission Procedure: The admissions to the BTech Courses in the college are made on the basis of UPTU-SEE. A limited no of seats are also available under management quota.
