Application forms can be obtained in person by depositing a demand draft of Rs 1150/- or by post by sending a demand draft of Rs 1250/- drawn in favor of Uttaranchal Council of Entrance Examination payable at Rishikesh

Eligibility :
(1) AGE: Not less than 17 years as on 31st December, 2008.
(2)QUALIFICATION:
(A) MBBS and BDS: The Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent, with P.C.B. & English from a recognized Board/University with minimum of 50% marks.
(b) BAMS and BHMS: The Candidates who have passed the 10+2, with P.C.B. shall be eligible.
